Train to teach with the Pioneers Partnership
With the school-led programme you are immersed in all aspects of school life from the very first day of your course, spending more time based in schools and classrooms than you would on a traditional PGCE course.
All training is delivered by expert practitioners and is wholly school-based.
Trainees complete the course with many more hours classroom experience than those who have followed a university-led route, leaving them more confident and skilled as they embark on the next stage of their career.

support has a positive impact on the progress that trainees make during their
training and into their first year of teaching.”
“Trainees are highly successful in gaining employment in local schools. NQTs
are well prepared for their roles and able to make a strong contribution to
their employing schools.”
